Description
HOW TO APPLY
Apply the perm solution on curler wrapped hair. Leave on for a minimum of 5 to a maximum
of 30 minutes, depending on the porosity of the hair. Rinse thoroughly with water and then saturate with
neutralizer; initially with the curlers for 5 minutes and then without the curlers for 2 – 3 minutes.
